Reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles across the forehead, between the brows (11s), crow's feet, and bunny lines for a smoother, youthful look. Additionally, the masseter muscle, DAO muscle, and lip (lip flip) can be treated. At Hennessence, we use Jeuveau and Botox.

Includes a complimentary touch-up dose (first 2 units) within 2 weeks of the initial treatment. A 2-week follow-up is required for all first-time clients to ensure optimal results.

  • Neurotoxins such as Botox and Jeuveau are used at Hennessence. Neurotoxins are used to smooth fine lines caused by expressions and movement. Neurotoxins work by relaxing the muscle.

  • The most common areas treated include:

    • The glabellar muscle complex between the eyebrows (the 11s)

    • The frontalis muscle across the forehead

    • The orbicularis oculi muscles around the eyes (Crow’s feet)

    • The nasalis muscles (bunny lines)

    • The orbicularis oris (lip lines, smokers lines)

    • The masseter muscle (minimize clenching and slim the jawline)

    • The DAO muscle (soften smile lines around the mouth)

  • Board certified nurse practitioner with formal training and expertise in injectables.

  • Typically results can be apparent 3-5 days after injection depending on the neurotoxin used. Maximum results occur within 14 days. It is required for all new clients to return at the 14-day mark for a touch up appointment. The first 2 units are complimentary.


  • Results can last 3-4 months.

  • You should come to the appointment without makeup or lotions on the area to be treated.

    To reduce the risk of bleeding and bruising, we recommend to avoid the following for 2 days prior to your appointment (unless medically contraindicated):

    Avoid:

    • Alcoholic beverages

    • NSAIDs

    • Aspirin

    • Vitamin E

    • Any supplements that may increase the risk of bruising

    • DO NOT touch your face

    • DO NOT massage the injection sites

    • Remain upright for 4 hours post treatment

    • Avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours post treatment

    • Avoid tight hats or headbands for 24 – 48 hours

    • Avoid acupuncture for 1 week

      A minor headache can occur after a treatment with Neurotoxins. Typically, Tylenol or NSAIDs can be taken as directed by the instructions on the package. Only take the over the counter options if you do not have any contraindications to those medications. If you develop migraine like symptoms or the worse headache of your life, please seek medical attention immediately.
